Servo Hot Plate Welding Machine

The hot plate machine features a draw-out plate structure. Heat from the heating plate is transferred to the welding surfaces of the upper and lower plastic heating parts via the electric heating method, causing their surfaces to melt. Subsequently, the heating plate is withdrawn promptly, and the molten surfaces of the upper and lower heating parts after heating are fused, solidified, and combined into one. The action modes include pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo motor control.
