The generator creates 15KHZ - 40KHZ high-voltage and high-frequency signals. Through the transducer system, they turn into high-frequency mechanical vibrations and act on the plastic workpiece. Because of the friction on the surface and between molecules, the interface temperature rises. When it reaches the melting point, the interface melts and fills the gap. When vibration stops, the workpiece cools and shapes under pressure, achieving a perfect weld.
